Carbon Mast Track Upgrade
We have observed a small number of carbon mast tracks with malfunctioning rotating rods. The pins on the rotating rod have been falling out in some cases. All customers who are in possession of such a mast track are therefore asked to contact us on [email protected] for an upgrade of the mast track free of charge.
All customers who are in possession of the mast track and the rotating rod is working fine are also eligible to the upgrade free of charge, but on their behalf of shipping costs till the end of the year 2022.
On a small number of mast tracks, from the beginning of production, the locking mechanism on the trolley was made in a way that the locking pin was sticking out of the top surface of the trolley. Customers with this locking mechanism are also eligible to an upgrade free of charge and are therefore asked to contact us on [email protected] for a new trolley with the latest locking mechanism.
